The Project Self-Sufficiency mission is to assist low-income, single parents in their efforts to achieve economic independence and become free from community and government assistance while building and maintaining strong, healthy families. In the face of hard emotional, physical, and financial circumstances, it takes remarkable effort to apply for and get through educational programs and develop career stability for single parents and their children. This kind of success doesn’t happen alone, or overnight, and there are significant challenges to overcome.
